Two numbers travel together: totals.axes counts SLOTS on the board, totals.measured_axes counts
slots with a real run behind them, and totals.unmeasured_axes is published so the gap is visible — quoting the
slot count alone would claim measurements that do not exist.
Jail is MEASURED with separation TIE (determined 2026-08-25).
Slot 15 / human-vs-ai stay in-lane only.
